About me

A different way to care

Caring for others has always been a part of who I am.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I worked as an ambulance attendant in France, accompanying people to their medical appointments. It was already a profession where listening, attentiveness, and empathy played an important role. In my personal life as well, I have always been someone who enjoys taking care of family and friends.

In 2017, professional burnout forced me to stop. My body and mind were telling me that I needed to slow down and reconsider my priorities. I no longer really felt like myself, and I needed to return to something simpler, calmer, and more aligned with who I was.

That was when I decided to turn to massage therapy.

I wanted a people-focused profession where I could care for others, listen to them, and give them a moment to slow down and take care of themselves.

Trained in Swedish massage, among other techniques, I gradually developed my own way of working: an approach where relaxation and muscular work can complement each other according to each person’s needs. Even when a massage involves deeper work, I make sure to preserve comfort and relaxation.

Understanding What Is Happening in Our Bodies

A few years later, I felt the need to deepen my understanding of well-being.

At the time, I was going through perimenopause, experiencing physical and emotional changes that I did not always understand. Since my burnout, I had already become very interested in personal development, meditation, and different ways of taking care of myself. But I wanted to better understand what was happening in my body and what I could incorporate into my daily life.

This journey is what led me to naturopathy.

I discovered an approach that considers several aspects of our lifestyle, including nutrition, sleep, stress, physical activity, and our daily habits.

At first, this training met a personal need: to better understand my body and take care of myself in everyday life. Over time, it also became a new way for me to support others.

Continuing to Learn to Better Support Others

Over the years, the needs of my clients also evolved.

Some of the people I had been working with for years appreciated my massages for their relaxing qualities, but they also began talking to me about more specific tension, muscular discomfort, or difficulty with certain movements.

I felt that I needed to better understand how the body works from a biomechanical perspective and expand my range of tools.

This naturally led me to kinesitherapy.

This training allowed me to deepen my understanding of movement and integrate new techniques into my practice, including mobilizations, traction, joint decompression, and stretching, as well as fascia therapy, Deep Tissue, therapeutic cupping, IASTM, and lymphatic drainage.

Today, these different tools allow me to further personalize my sessions. Depending on the person’s needs, a massage can remain deeply relaxing while incorporating more targeted techniques when appropriate.

My Mission

Today, massage therapy, kinesitherapy, and naturopathy are three different disciplines, but they share the same intention: taking the time to listen to each person and support them according to their needs and individual circumstances.

I especially enjoy working with people who want to become more attentive to their bodies, better understand what they are feeling, and make their well-being a more regular priority in their lives.

Whether you are experiencing physical or emotional stress, tension, discomfort with certain movements, or simply feel the need to slow down and take care of yourself, my approach remains caring and personalized.

My mission is to support you in feeling better in your body and mind, while encouraging you to take care of yourself over time, at your own pace and in a way that fits your lifestyle.

My training & qualifications

An ever-evolving journey to better support you

Diploma in Naturopathy (1,800 hours)

School : Collège des Médecines Douces du Québec

Period : May 2022 to December 2025

What this training brings to my practice: it allows me to better understand the different factors that can influence well-being, including nutrition, sleep, stress, physical activity, and lifestyle habits. It enriches the way I support each person by taking into account their needs, their pace, and their individual circumstances.

Diploma in Kinesiotherapy and Sports Massage (225 hours)

School: Collège de Massothérapie

Period: September 2025 to February 2026

What this training brings to my practice: I chose to train in kinesiotherapy to go further in my work as a massage therapist by incorporating movement and joint work into my sessions. Mobilizations, traction techniques, joint distraction techniques and stretching allow me to further adapt my techniques to your needs, your areas of tension and movements that may feel limited or uncomfortable. This work can, for example, help improve ease of movement in a shoulder and, more broadly, promote better mobility and greater comfort in everyday movement.

Level 2 massage therapy – Therapeutic Swedish massage (600 hours)

School: École Énergisens, Blainville

Period: May to September 2018

What this training brings to my practice: it allowed me to deepen my Swedish massage techniques and develop a more therapeutic approach, particularly to work more specifically on muscle tension and trigger points. It also broadened my practice to include anti-stress massage, chair massage, prenatal massage, as well as massage adapted for babies and children.

Level 1 massage therapy – Swedish massage (400 hours)

School: École Énergisens, Blainville

Period: January to May 2018

What this training brings to my practice: this training is the foundation of my massage therapy practice. It allowed me to learn Swedish massage techniques and develop an approach focused on relaxation, releasing muscle tension and overall well-being. I then built on this foundation by adding more targeted and personalized techniques to my practice.

I regularly continue my training to enrich my practice and integrate new techniques into my sessions, according to each person’s needs:
